I am trying to talk D into doing a roast once a fortnight, then I want to keep some of the meat (prefer chicken for this idea) and vegies and do pizza's the next night! Two meals with one major cook.

Wasn't me with the curry sauce. We always have one or two kid friendly serves in the freezer for when we want something grown up. Its always fish and chips on a Friday and a roast over the weekend...
